This inspection is strictly visual & very limited in scope compared to a Comprehensive Home Inspection. You can save some money when doing the 4 point and wind mitigation combined.

We will inspect your home and produce a wind mitigation inspection report for you in order to obtain your refund or discount from your insurance carrier. To qualify for a Wind Mitigation Discount and/or rebate on your existing wind insurance policy. (usually included in your homeowner’s policy) Ask your insurance agent or company if you might qualify for a wind mitigation discount.
