Four Point Inspections

This is an inspection often required to get homeowner’s insurance or possibly required by your lender when purchasing a home. This is a basic inspection that will cover four areas: 1) Heating & Air Conditioning, 2) Roof, 3)Electrical & 4) Plumbing Systems. This inspection is strictly visual & very limited in scope compared to a Comprehensive Home Inspection. You can save some money when doing the 4 point and wind mitigation combined.

Wind Mitigation Inspections

This inspection often saves you money on your homeowner’s policy. The state of Florida REQUIRES insurance companies to offer REDUCED RATES for wind resistant features. We will inspect your home and produce a wind mitigation inspection report for you in order to obtain your refund or discount from your insurance carrier. To qualify for a Wind Mitigation Discount and/or rebate on your existing wind insurance policy. (usually included in your homeowner’s policy) Ask your insurance agent or company if you might qualify for a wind mitigation discount.

Mold testing

Mold Testing

Mold testing attempts to determine which kinds of mold are present in your house, and how many molds there are in the air. It’s essential to hire a qualified and experienced mold inspector for accurate and reliable results. Mold testing can provide valuable information to building owners and occupants, helping them make informed decisions about mold remediation, improving indoor air quality, and preventing future mold issues.

Residential Inspections

A residential home inspection is a top to bottom examination for a residential structure and it’s mechanical systems. These inspections are performed according to the State of Florida and interNACHI Standards of Practice.
